In response to your request of 18 October 2026, pursuant to Article 223, paragraph 3, of the Court Rules of Procedure, we inform you that the appeal on points of law lodged against the Court of Appeal in Novi Sad decision Gž2 211/26, in connection with the Basic Court in Novi Sad decision P2 1435/24, has been registered with the Supreme Court under case number Rev 6599/26. At the same time, we inform you that your submission has been forwarded to the reporting judge for information.
