Appeal of 18 March 2026: nullity, unanswered evidence and the second adoption

Milan Petrović challenges the entire judgment signed by Bojana Vujić, seeking reversal or a retrial. He identifies unanswered arguments from his June, October and January submissions, the absence of a demonstrated basis for replacing Cvita’s consent, Vera Radovanović’s accumulated roles and the unexplained second adoption in 1984.

Court of Appeal in Novi Sad 2026-03-18
The appeal is dated 18 March 2026 and challenges the judgment of the Basic Court in Novi Sad in P2.1435/24, dated 9 February 2026. The author states that he received the judgment on 13 March. The attached envelope bears a postal stamp of 12 March; those dates describe different acts. The supplied copy does not independently establish the date the appeal was filed or received by the court. The author challenges procedural violations, factual findings, substantive law and costs. His central argument is that the court treated official origin as a substitute for scrutiny of the disputed documentation, then measured his testimony against that same documentation. He connects the disputed competence and parental-consent questions with probate O.196/79, acknowledgment of paternity in P-1642/76, Vera Radovanović’s roles and the second adoption. Articles 7 and 40 are invoked together: even on the hypothetical premise that the first full adoption was valid, the second still requires a legal explanation. This does not abandon his argument that the initial act was void. The full appeal preserves the author’s conclusion that the judgment gives present institutional confirmation to the administrative severing of his original Hungarian-Croatian identity. These are his pleaded grounds and conclusions, presented alongside the judgment and the documents he relies on; the requested appellate outcome is not presented as already decided.
