Petrović couple assessment - ignored negative psychological opinion

The Kragujevac assessment is not a clean approval. The psychologist explicitly says that the adoption request should not be accepted and recommends foster care. The second adoption proceeds despite this professional objection and despite relying on Milorad Vasić’s contaminated consent source.

The Petrović assessment file contains an internal professional fracture. The pedagogue allows only a guarded route: because of age, preferably an older male child and incomplete adoption. The social-worker report also limits the route to an older child because of age. The psychologist goes further and states that the adoption request should not be accepted, recommending foster care instead. This is not a clean suitability package. It is a warning package. The later second-adoption route does not resolve the psychologist’s objection. It proceeds over it. At the same time, the child is not introduced through his original identity as Milivoj Miletić, but through the Vasić Milan layer created by the contested 1979 full-adoption record. The defect is compound: the receiving adopters are accepted despite a negative psychological conclusion, while the consent source comes from Milorad Vasić’s false parental position produced in 1979. One defect enters from the child’s falsified input; the other from the ignored professional objection concerning the receiving couple.
