For this reason, and given that my wife and son are unemployed and that I support them, I ask the court to exempt me from paying court fees. Payment of court fees would jeopardize the support of my family and myself, given that we currently have no source of income. Therefore, I ask the court to grant my request for exemption from court fees, taking into account my current financial circumstances. I also inform the court that by the end of this calendar year I will notify it which lawyer will represent me in the further course of the proceedings, and I ask the court not to schedule the next hearing until that notification is received.
