Final hearing on 9 February 2026: Bojana Vujić closes the hearing; the author disputes both assertions that the file was read

The P2.1435/24 record states that Milan Petrović maintains the claim, all submissions and all oral and written assertions, while Maja Petrović maintains the CSR’s opposition. Bojana Vujić’s panel closes the hearing at 10:51 and orders service of a written judgment. The author expressly states that nothing was read, contrary to two formulations in the record.

The hearing took place on 9 February 2026, from 10:30 to 10:51, with Milan Petrović attending in person and CSR lawyer Maja Petrović appearing for the defendant. Following a change in panel composition, the record states that the proceedings were resumed by reading the file, and later that all written documentation was inspected by reading it individually and by name. The author disputes both assertions: nothing was read; they only concluded that everything had been said and that he maintained everything presented orally and in writing. Alongside maintaining all assertions and submissions, the record contains a general formulation withdrawing other evidence proposals that may have been made. The earlier claim and March record contain a proposal to examine Vinka and Dragan Ignjatić; this record neither names them nor decides to reject them. The entry about revoked authority does not mark the beginning of self-representation: earlier records already document that history. The source ends with closure of the hearing and an order to serve a written judgment; the judgment’s contents belong to a separate instrument.
