Maja Petrović’s CSR response: prior acts, the metal cabinet and the 1984 consent record — 27 November 2025

CSR defends the 1979 adoption, points to copies already attached to the claim and describes separate file storage instead of identifying the preceding acts. It does not dispute the contents or authenticity of Milorad’s 1984 consent record. The heading again reverses the parties. Dated 27 November; received by the Basic Court on 2 December 2025.

Maja Petrović signs CSR’s response after the hearing of 26 November 2025. The response identifies adoption and expert-report copies already attached to the statement of claim, lists other certificates, describes adoption-file storage in a metal cabinet and states that it supplies records of the 1984 incomplete adoption. It expressly does not dispute the contents or authenticity of Milorad Vasić’s consent record of 12 September 1984, while contending that the 1984 records are irrelevant because annulment of that adoption is not sought. The contextual notes link each answer to the actual October requests and the separate 15- and 30-day court orders. They identify the unresolved summons and service documents, the unitemized status acts and the absence of named preceding acts establishing how the child came under CSR authority. The storage description is distinguished from producing those acts. The linked sources preserve the author’s challenge to the void initial adoption and its later identity consequences. The heading names CSR as plaintiff and Milan as defendant, while the response and signature describe CSR as defendant. Several passages again use plaintiff for the CSR response. The document is dated 27 November 2025; the court stamp records 2 December. Its assertion that CSR received a paper dated 29 October on 5 November concerns a different document; the supplied plaintiff paper is dated 27 October.
