This packet is incomplete adoption
The title labels the 1984 record as incomplete adoption. In Hungarian, teljes inside nem teljes remains negated; it must not be turned into a full-adoption claim. The incoming child name is nevertheless the Vasić layer produced in 1979.

Vasić Milan — contaminated input identity
The second adoption proceeds through the identity produced by the contested 1979 full-adoption record.

Petrović couple requests this hearing
The official records that the hearing was scheduled at the Petrović couple’s request to adopt the minor Vasić Milan. This identifies their procedural role in the second adoption. The child’s original identity and the 1979 void-adoption chain remain the wider argument, not a nationality inference about the couple.

Process actor in the second adoption; this does not use Petrović nationality as an assimilation proof axis.

Adopters request the Petrović surname
The adopters request the Petrović surname for the child then proceeding as Vasić Milan. This is the request recorded during the hearing. The later operative sentence makes the name effective; neither passage restores the original Milivoj or parental line.

Operative order imposes Petrović Milan
The operative sentence declares that Vasić Milan will henceforth use PETROVIĆ MILAN. This is the second administrative name replacement. It takes the Vasić identity as its input rather than restoring the child’s original Miletić Milivoj identity.
