Author’s analysis: contradictions, falsifications and violations in the June 1979 CSR assessments

The author compares the social worker’s, educational specialist’s and psychologist’s reports, alleging contradictions in biographies, schooling and the child’s status, formulaic findings and deliberate violations of the Adoption Act. A later separate correction withdraws the doubt about eighteen years of marriage.

The undated two-page analysis contains nine thematic comparisons of the June 1979 professional reports: the adopters’ family backgrounds and Jasenovac accounts, education and employment, marriage, the child’s status, property, idealized characterizations, psychological testing and literacy, and stock language. The author calls the statements about unknown parents false, connects them to probate and divorce records, and concludes that facts about his identity and origins were deliberately ignored in order to formalize an unlawful adoption. He cites Articles 2, 5, 11 and 30 and lists three OCR report reconstructions with photocopies. Those attachments are listed, not supplied within these two pages. In a separately marked later correction, the author says that later, probably in July 2025 according to his approximate recollection, he obtained divorce records containing the marriage certificate. The certificate confirms eighteen years of marriage; he withdraws the earlier doubt about that information. The historical analysis remains intact. The source analysis has no date; this correction does not assign it a historical submission date.
