It is hereby confirmed that PETROVIĆ Milorad MILAN, JMBG: 2806974800030, from Kragujevac, Kraljevačkog bataljona Street No. 110, served military service with arms in the period from 18 March 1993 to 08 April 1993, and from 02 July 1996 to 09 June 1997.
This certificate is issued on the basis of the official Vob-1 record for the 1974 birth year, for the municipality of Kragujevac, under serial number 1542.
This certificate is exempt from payment of the fee pursuant to Article 19, paragraph 1, item 8 of the Law on Republic Administrative Fees (“Official Gazette of the RS”, Nos. 43/03, 94/24, 55/2025 and 109/2025).
This certificate has the force of a public document within the meaning of Article 29, paragraph 2 of the Law on General Administrative Procedure (“Official Gazette of the RS” No. 18/16, 95/2018 — authentic interpretation, and 2/23 — decision of the Constitutional Court), and serves for the purpose of exercising rights from pension and disability insurance; it may not be used for other purposes.

These facts were established on the basis of data from the official record kept for the municipality of Kragujevac, by inspecting the military-record documents of the named person.

Hybrid name: output of the adoption chain
This is not a neutral personal name. The original child was Milivoj Miletić, with the paternal line of Pál/Pavle Lakatos. The adult military record uses PETROVIĆ Milorad MILAN: Petrović from the second adoption, Milorad from the first illegal adopter Milorad Vasić, and Milan as the imposed post-adoption identity. The record shows the hybrid output of the double adoption loop.

The certificate was issued under the administrative pretext of pension/disability verification. In the dossier it is not used to claim service or pension rights, but as evidence that Serbia recorded, obligated and mobilized a man under a falsified identity.
