Author’s account: notice at court on 3 September 2025 and postal delivery on 4 September

On 3 September 2025 I came to the court for the scheduled hearing. There I received notice that it had been canceled, and I agreed to the postponement. I did not receive the written order at court.

The envelope bears a postal stamp dated 2 September 2025. The postman delivered the order to my home on 4 September 2025.

I am legally untrained and represent myself. I did not know how such matters are justified. I agreed, feeling that I could not influence the change. I experienced this as double standards: the CSR can do this, but I cannot.

Notice at court on 3 September

The author reports coming to court on 3 September and receiving notice that the hearing was canceled. He expressly distinguishes that notice from the written order, which he says was delivered to his home the next day. The PDF is the earlier 28 August order, not a September hearing record.

Postal delivery at home on 4 September, reported by the author

The author expressly states that the postman delivered the order to his home on 4 September 2025. The separately supplied envelope now corroborates the 2 September postal stamp and case reference. Its notice fields for attempted delivery and signature are blank, and neither scanned page prints 4 September. The personal delivery date comes from his clarified account; the stamp is not treated as proof of delivery on 2 September.

Self-representation, agreement and the author’s experience of unequal treatment

The author says he is legally untrained, represents himself and agreed while feeling unable to influence the change. “The CSR can do this, but I cannot” records his experience of double standards. His agreement after arriving on 3 September did not cause the order already dated 28 August.
