Plaintiff’s response of 30 June 2025: obstruction, backdating and nullity of the 1979 adoption

Milan Petrović responds to the CSR’s submission, challenges its reversed party labels and failure to provide documentation, and argues backdating and the nullity of the full adoption. He cites the unanswered settlement proposal and expressly lists the 1976 Act as attachment 3.

Basic Court in Novi Sad 2025-06-30
In his submission dated 30 June 2025, Milan Petrović (born as Milivoj Miletić) challenges the CSR’s treatment of the case and its failure to attend the hearing scheduled for 5 June. He describes the 26 March order as requiring complete documentation of how the Centre acquired authority over him. He argues that the 19 March 1979 probate record, the 20 July guardianship order and the 21 June adoption decision demonstrate backdating and the nullity of the full adoption, and sets out violations of the 1976 Adoption Act. He cites contradictions and falsifications in the professional assessments, the absence of a genuine search for his mother and the disregard of parental consent, identity and inheritance rights. He asks the court to declare the adoption null and void and record the defendant’s continued disregard of court orders and settlement proposals. The submission lists five attachments: the 20 July 1979 court order, the 19 March probate record, the 1976 Adoption Act, the 3 March 2025 settlement proposal with proof of receipt, and the analysis of the June 1979 professional reports. The three supplied pages list these attachments but do not contain them. The date is the document’s date, without a filing or receipt stamp. Its allegations and requests remain the plaintiff’s statements.
