The complete 75-page file preserves his detailed reasoning, historical facsimiles and accompanying transcriptions.
Basic Court in Novi Sad 2026-01-12
In this final submission, dated 12 January 2026, Milan Petrović, born Milivoj Miletić, responds to the archive material and selected quotations submitted by Maja Petrović for CSR. He links Pervaz’s probate appeal, the parallel identity entries, Vera Radovanović’s successive roles, the two adoptions, the treatment of Cvita and his documented offer of a peaceful resolution. His qualifications and conclusions remain intact.
The author expressly writes for future readers as well as the court. He asks for assessment of the missing records and a fully reasoned judgment, while reserving separate compensation and paternity proceedings without amending the relief sought here. His retrospective assessment of the later outcome is separately identified at the end of the translation.
The complete PDF has 75 pages. Its annexes contain the probate appeal sequence, Vera’s handwritten monitoring sheets and the psychologist’s assessment dated 10 January 1984, together with the author’s readable transcriptions and notes. Two probate pages supplement the earlier archive: the first page of the hearing record of 18 April 1980 and the costs/payment order dated 4 February 1981. Existing source documents remain directly connected. The stated date is the date of the submission, not a separately proven filing or receipt date.
