Maja Petrović: selected statements from Vera’s dossier used to defend adoption — CSR submission dated 22 December 2025

CSR lists archive documents and treats Vera’s statements about parentage and care as undisputed grounds for adoption. It dates the quotation to 6 April, whereas the confirmed transcription records 8 April; withdrawal of probate representation becomes a conclusion about relatives’ lack of care. The party labels are again reversed. Dated 22 December; received by the court on 24 December 2025.

Maja Petrović signs CSR’s submission relying on dossier 3871/79 and Judge Bojana Vujić’s order of 26 November 2025. It lists seven items. The thirteen historical scans correspond to existing pages 1–13 of Vera’s dossier; the reverse of the personal record, with information about the mother, is page 14 of the existing complete source. The submission links unestablished legal paternity, old statements about Cvita’s life and Helena’s withdrawal from probate representation to the assertion that no relatives wanted to care for the child. The same text then identifies the father’s sister who assumed care for payment. Comparative annotations open the original records of the known and acknowledged father, insurance through the mother, the child’s condition, family care and the child’s crying over the change of name. The concluding defence states that no grounds for annulment existed without relating that conclusion to the separate adoption requirements challenged by the author. His later assessment of this submission as crowning evidence appears in a separate author’s note. The public PDF contains the first two new pages; historical attachments are accessed through the existing full dossier. The submission date of 22 December differs from the court receipt on 24 December 2025.
